What You'll Be Responsible For

As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you'll help build strong customer relationships while providing information and support related to AT&T products and services. • Learn about customer needs, answer questions, and provide helpful information about available services and account options.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, service information, and enrollment procedures while ensuring details are communicated accurately.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and contribute to team goals and daily operations.
• Develop valuable skills in customer relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and account support through hands-on training and experience.
