Entry-Level Accounting Associate

We are a growing venture capital fund administrator, and we’re looking for a sharp, process-minded Accounting Associate to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our client funds. We aren’t looking for someone who just checks boxes or follows a script—we need someone curious, adaptable, and eager to help us improve how we work. If you enjoy solving puzzles, refining workflows, and building a strong foundation in fund accounting, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Execute Cash Operations: Record daily cash transactions and prepare bank wire templates for client fund investments and operational expenses.
• Maintain Accuracy: Reconcile client bank accounts and organize transaction documentation for seamless audit and tax preparation.
• Manage Workflows: Use specialized accounting software and collaboration tools to track and execute daily client deliverables.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a Major or Minor in Accounting or Finance
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and a habit of asking "why" rather than just going with the flow.
• Tech Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly master new software, processes, and systems.
• Bonus Points: Working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, Slack, or Google Workspace.
