Entry Level - Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Basic $2,500 - $3,100 + Variable Bonus

Working location: Ubi

Working days: Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday per moth

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 6.15 pm

Saturday: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (1 Saturday per moth)

80% admin & 20% accounts role

Job Responsibilities:
Check car registration folder

Generate invoices.

Process refund

Preparation journals

Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.

Some accounting experience is a plus.

Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
