Entry-Level Analyst - CRM & Revenue Operations

Skydog Ops is an AI transformation and Salesforce consulting firm building the systems that power how modern B2B companies grow. Our clients are financial services firms, high-growth tech companies, and the executives running them. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we're looking for someone hungry to learn how it all works.

You'll be doing real work with real clients from day one. Learning will be real-time and hands-on. 

What you'll do

Work as part of a high-caliber, best in class client team. Build on the cutting edge with AI-powered solutions, automation, reporting, and CRM infrastructure in Salesforce, Claude, and HubSpot that go to market teams (Marketing, Sales, Service) actually use. Be in the room with VP-level operators and learn how they think about revenue. Present your work. Own your projects. Get better every week.

Who we're looking for

You don't need a specific background. You need evidence that you're exceptional at something — academics, athletics, competitive anything — and a genuine obsession with how systems, data, and tools connect. If you loved math, broke down film, built spreadsheets for fun, or can't stop tinkering with new software, we want to talk to you.
