Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator – Fully Remote

We are currently expanding and hiring a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our remote team.

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
Performance-based earnings with opportunities for advancement.

This is an entry-level position focused on connecting with individuals who are interested in learning more about their health coverage options. You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, identifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our team.

No previous insurance experience is required. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone
• Introduce individuals to our health insurance services in a friendly and professional manner
• Ask basic questions to understand their needs and determine interest
• Schedule appointments for qualified individuals to speak with a member of our sales team
• Follow up with prospective clients as needed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client information in our CRM
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to scheduled appointment

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or similar people-facing roles is helpful but not required.

Work Environment

Fully Remote | Full-time

This is a phone and computer based position that can be performed from home. You’ll work remotely while collaborating with a team focused on connecting individuals with health insurance solutions.

A reliable internet connection and professional home workspace are required.
