Shift Differential: Additional 15% for Night Shift

Available shifts include:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Includes an additional 15% shift differential

Schedule

This position offers a compressed work schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic technical and hands-on operational tasks
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate and monitor equipment as instructed
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Complete required training and follow company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous technician, manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, production, or related experience is a plus
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to complete an online assessment using a laptop or desktop computer
