Entry Level Assistant Manager

Hawthorne Connections, a sales and development firm in Houston, is recruiting an Entry Level Assistant Manager to lead our AT&T Fiber to new heights across Texas. In this sales career, the Entry Level Assistant Manager will engage with our customers in person, presenting reliable yet fast internet solutions that keep their worlds running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Assist in managing the AT&T Fiber sales team’s operations, daily workflow, and administrative support in person to drive efficiency.
• Provide hands-on, in-person training to the sales team on AT&T Fiber products, key benefits, and sales best practices to ensure rapid onboarding.
• Evaluate AT&T Fiber sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement, growth opportunities, and customer engagement strategies.
• Prepare and manage high-quality sales materials that support the team’s customer engagement activities and promote AT&T Fiber’s value.
• Facilitate customer follow-ups to ensure a positive experience with AT&T Fiber and build long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to define, track, and achieve AT&T Fiber sales objectives through teamwork and strategic planning.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• All are encouraged to apply! Previous exposure to customer service or sales is welcome.
• Natural ability to present direction and feedback in a clear and approachable way.
• Self-disciplined and team-oriented approach that supports overall management success.
• Resilient and positive outlook when working toward team and performance goals.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
