Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily team operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Help lead a small sales team representing AT&T and assist with managing customer accounts and overseeing daily activity.
• Represent AT&T products and services.
• Help train new employees.
• Support sales, customer service, and team performance goals.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, bartending, or customer service is highly valued.
• No management experience necessary—we train from within.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
