Entry Level Assistant Manager

Leadership starts long before you have a team of your own. Westline Collective is hiring a full-time Entry Level Assistant Manager in Murrieta for motivated individuals who want to learn the AT&T wireless business from the ground up while developing practical sales, communication, and leadership experience.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll begin by mastering customer engagement, AT&T products, and the fundamentals of successful sales before gradually taking on additional team responsibilities. Every Assistant Manager receives hands-on coaching designed to strengthen decision-making, organization, and leadership skills while building the real-world experience needed to grow beyond the entry level.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager

• Build a strong foundation in sales by learning AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, upgrades, and current promotions.
• Develop confidence identifying customer needs and turning conversations into successful sales opportunities.
• Learn how daily campaign activity and individual sales performance contribute to broader team goals.
• Work alongside experienced leaders to understand coaching, organization, and day-to-day team operations.
• Help maintain an organized, professional environment while supporting teammates during busy campaign days.
• Track personal sales performance and use feedback to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your product knowledge, sales abilities, and leadership skills develop.
• Continue progressing as an Assistant Manager through ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience.

Qualifications of the Assistant Manager

• Motivated to build a long-term career in leadership, management, or sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with different personalities.
• Leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, volunteer work, or previous employment is helpful but not required.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless, or sales experience is also helpful but not required.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Receptive to coaching with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the greater Murrieta area.
• Ready to grow as an Assistant Manager while learning both the customer-facing and operational sides of the business.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
