Entry Level Assistant Manager

The Entry Level Assistant Manager starts in the field at community events and promotional pop-ups throughout the greater Concord area. You'll first learn how our wireless campaigns operate, build your own sales skills, and understand what drives strong results. As you progress, you'll gain exposure to the organization, communication, and team support that keep an event campaign running effectively.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Learn the day-to-day flow of a wireless event campaign, from preparing for the location to tracking sales results afterward.
• Build firsthand experience introducing products, answering customer questions, and completing sales and enrollment.
• Understand how event goals are set and how individual performance contributes to the larger campaign.
• Pay attention to the operational details that influence sales, including preparation, communication, customer flow, and team coordination.
• Learn how experienced leaders respond when an event isn't performing as expected and what adjustments can improve results.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop as an Entry Level Assistant Manager, including helping the team stay organized and focused on daily sales goals.
