Entry Level Assistant Manager

Learning how a business grows starts with understanding its customers. Monarch Marketing Team is hiring a full-time Entry Level Assistant Manager in Temple to support Verizon campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and business operations.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll work directly with customers throughout the Temple community, introduce Verizon products and services, and learn how everyday customer interactions contribute to campaign growth. You'll build practical sales experience while developing the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that create a strong foundation for future leadership.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Connect directly with customers throughout the Temple area and introduce available Verizon products and services.
• Learn current plans, product features, and promotions to confidently support sales conversations.
• Continue developing as an Entry Level Assistant Manager through coaching, campaign education, and hands-on sales experience.
• Ask questions about customer needs and preferences to identify relevant options.
• Turn customer needs into personalized sales recommendations for available Verizon services.
• Explain products, pricing, features, and promotions in a clear, approachable way.
• Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
• Learn how customer outreach, daily activity, and sales performance contribute to overall campaign results.
• Collaborate with other Entry Level Assistant Manager team members to support daily priorities and strengthen customer experiences.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, business, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Interested in learning how customer acquisition, campaign performance, and business growth work together.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
• Coachable and motivated to develop stronger leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers throughout the Temple community.
• Able to collaborate with a team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
• Motivated to grow professionally as an Entry Level Assistant Manager and take on greater responsibility over time.
