Entry Level Assistant Manager

Growth Meridian, a sales and development firm in Deerfield Beach, is seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to help make those connections happen. The Entry Level Assistant Manager listens to our customers' needs and matches them with AT&T's plans, premium devices, and 5G coverage.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you are trained to run your sales team that puts AT&T smartphones and plans in front of the customers who need them most. Deerfield Beach needs reliable wireless solutions. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s job is to bring those solutions directly to them, and their sales and leadership training ensures they do it with confidence.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Partner with Entry Level Assistant Managers to execute AT&T smartphone and wireless plan sales while supporting daily operational priorities.
• Help coordinate in-person team activities to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and daily sales performance.
• Recommend smartphones, accessories, and wireless plans based on customer usage patterns, device preferences, and account needs.
• Review customer accounts to ensure accurate activations, upgrades, trade-in eligibility, and service changes.
• Support onboarding initiatives by reinforcing product knowledge, wireless sales strategies, and customer experience standards.
• Develop leadership capabilities by supporting team performance, operational compliance, and consistent sales growth.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, or management is a plus.
• Organizational discipline to manage tasks effectively.
• Management readiness with ambition to step into sales leadership responsibilities.
• Leadership potential demonstrated through teamwork and initiative.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
