We're hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager for an expanding campaign in Thomasville. This entry-level, face-to-face, sales role is built for someone who wants to grow their communication, sales, and leadership skills while taking on real responsibility from day one.

Your Day-to-Day

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll represent our clients with professionalism, learn effective sales and engagement strategies, and identify customer needs to recommend the right solutions.

• Support daily team operations and customer acquisition goals
• Take on coaching and mentoring duties as your experience grows
• Keep customer records accurate and follow company standards
• Show accountability, initiative, and leadership in everyday work
• Represent clients with confidence in every face-to-face customer interaction

• Comfortable talking directly with customers
