Entry Level Assistant Manager

This sales firm in Rockford is seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to represent Verizon, promote its products, and grow into a management role by doing the work that qualifies you for it. The Entry Level Assistant Manager also bridges frontline customer acquisition with team leadership.

You will represent Verizon, connecting with local customers face-to-face and introducing them to products and services that make a difference. Our training will cover product knowledge, sales, and the management fundamentals that prepare our Entry Level Assistant Manager to lead.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Lead by example during in-person sales interactions, representing Verizon products and services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first attitude.
• Support daily sales goals in person by helping the team identify customer needs and connect them with relevant Verizon telecommunications solutions.
• Guide customer conversations with a clear, consultative approach that makes Verizon products and services easy to understand.
• Monitor individual and team sales activity in person, recognize opportunities for improvement, and help keep performance on track.
• Assist team members with customer questions, account concerns, and service-related requests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage continued engagement with Verizon and create future sales opportunities.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,700.00 per week
