Entry Level Assistant Manager

We are seeking a career-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. This position is designed for candidates who want to develop professional skills in sales, customer relations, and business operations while working toward future leadership opportunities.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will begin by learning the day-to-day responsibilities of our customer-facing team, including sales, account support, and client interactions while representing one of our clients. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will gain experience in communication, team collaboration, and business development while building a foundation for long-term growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to provide information about the different products and services offered by our clients
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques
• Assist customers with questions and help identify solutions that fit their needs
• Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and company goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and professional development
• Gain exposure to business operations, client management, and team support functions
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented with a desire to build long-term career skillsets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
