What You'll Do as an Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Connect with customers face-to-face in a professional, respectful way
• Learn Verizon products, services, and features so you can share accurate information
• Ask questions and listen to understand what each customer needs
• Explain options in plain terms and support customers through enrollment
• Support sales conversations by guiding customers to the right service
• Keep follow-ups and daily tasks organized
• Work with teammates and leadership to learn daily operations and support team sales goals

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Assistant Manager

• High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and open to feedback
• Motivation to build leadership and sales skills in an entry-level role

Pay: $4,600.00 - $5,300.00 per month
