Entry Level Assistant Manager

What You'll Do

• Meet in-person with local business owners to walk them through AT&T Business wireless, devices, internet, and more
• Solve real problems for real customers, troubleshoot wireless issues, then spot ways to make their setup faster and more reliable
• Run proactive check-ins with business clients to keep their service running smoothly
• Recommend upgrades like fiber or wireless backup when it genuinely helps a business
• Build trust that turns a single service visit into a long-term client relationship
• Bring client feedback back to the team to help us keep improving how we support businesses

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we train you from day one
• Comfortable learning new tools and AT&T systems fast
• Steady, detail-focused approach when handling activations
• Genuinely cares about getting people the right solution, not just closing a sale
• Solid time management — you're organizing your own day, not waiting to be told what to do
