Entry Level Assistant Manager

Sky Nova, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to support daily sales activities, customer engagement, and account support for AT&T products and services. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales while developing leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

In this role, you will participate in customer-facing sales activities, help the team reach performance goals, and maintain professional customer relationships. You will also gain hands-on experience supporting sales operations, assisting with account support, and learning the fundamentals of team leadership. This position is suited for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to measurable sales results.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Present and promote products and services directly to prospective customers, explain AT&T key features, answer questions, and help generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to identify needs, recommend suitable AT&T solutions, and build professional relationships that support sales growth.
• Assist customers with enrollment, account inquiries, service details, and follow-up to provide accurate and reliable AT&T account support.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals by maintaining AT&T product knowledge, improving sales presentations, and following established sales procedures.
• Collaborate with management to review sales results, identify areas for improvement, and help implement strategies that strengthen customer engagement and sales performance.
• Support daily team activities by sharing product information, reinforcing sales standards, and helping team members maintain consistent customer service and sales practices.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is an advantage; candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and explain products or services clearly.
