Entry Level Assistant Manager - Sales

This position is great for people with retail, bartending, serving, or any hospitality industry experience!

Momentus Business Association is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to help lead and grow our sales team. The role is for someone who wants to build a career in management. You'll learn team leadership and daily operations, and you'll also oversee a small sales team promoting AT&T services.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Receive training to be able to oversee and support a small sales team promoting AT&T wireless and fiber services in Indiana
• Coach, train, and develop new team members
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions on communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• Coordinate territory planning so the team works efficiently
• Track weekly performance numbers and find ways to improve team results
• Take part in customer acquisition to stay connected to the sales process
• Communicate between the sales team and senior leadership to keep goals aligned

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Pay: $51,184.64 - $63,684.73 per year
