Entry Level Assistant Manager (Spanish Required)

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Entry Level Assistant Manager (Spanish Required) to represent AT&T products and services through customer-focused sales, in-person engagement, and personalized recommendations. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Spanish-speaking professional who enjoys connecting with people, developing sales skills, and taking on leadership responsibilities while helping customers explore AT&T solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to daily sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support customer enrollment while developing the communication, coaching, and team leadership skills needed for future management opportunities. No previous management experience is necessary for candidates who demonstrate strong communication, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Promote AT&T products and services through in person sales conversations, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to build relationships, strengthen customer engagement, and explain AT&T product features, benefits, and service options.
• Provide customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, explaining available services, and guiding customers through the sales and enrollment process.
• Assist customers with AT&T service enrollment by explaining options, reviewing relevant information, and ensuring accurate completion of sales transactions.
• Support daily sales goals by tracking individual performance, improving sales techniques, and collaborating with team members to increase customer engagement and sales results.
• Assist with team coordination, share effective sales practices, and develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience in sales operations and team development.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse customers in both languages.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and developing leadership skills in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer support skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus; candidates with a positive attitude, coachability, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
