Entry Level Associate

We are a growing sales and customer engagement firm representing leading telecommunications brands throughout the region. Our team specializes in delivering personalized customer experiences while helping clients expand their reach through face-to-face customer interactions.

We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Associate position. This is a full-time opportunity with training, daily mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles.

No previous experience is required. We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and build long-term career skills.

Responsibilities as an Entry Level Associate:

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Engage directly with customers to discuss available products and services
• Educate customers on current promotions and telecommunications solutions
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and lifestyle
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training sessions
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up information

Entry Level Associate Qualifications:
