Entry Level AT&T Assistant

Start your career with a full-time Entry Level AT&T Assistant opportunity focused on working with AT&T business customers. This role is a great fit for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people, learning about businesses, and developing sales and communication skills. You will interact directly with local business owners and customers, introduce AT&T products and services, and learn how to identify solutions that support different business needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing support to help you understand AT&T business solutions and become confident speaking with customers. As you develop your sales skills, you will learn how to start professional conversations, understand business needs, present AT&T solutions, and build strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with local business owners and customers to introduce AT&T products and services and create new sales opportunities.
• Learn about each customer’s business needs and communicate how AT&T solutions may support their connectivity and communication goals.
• Develop your sales skills by participating in face-to-face business conversations and learning effective ways to present AT&T services.
• Build professional relationships with business customers through communication, active listening, and consistent follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training activities focused on sales, business communication, and AT&T products.
• Work toward individual and team goals while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
