Entry Level AT&T Representative

In this role, you'll work directly with customers to recommend AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, smartphones, internet, and connected devices. If you enjoy talking with people, achieving goals, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Representative:

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, smartphones, accessories, internet services, and promotions.
• Entry Level AT&T Representatives recommend personalized solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Entry Level AT&T Representatives stay current on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.

Qualifications to Become an Entry Level AT&T Representative:

• Previous retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
