We are currently seeking an Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative to support customers by answering questions, explaining AT&T wireless products and services, and helping them through the account setup process. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide comprehensive training from day one.

As an Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product education, assisting with new accounts, and ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while developing valuable business and communication skills.

Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide information on AT&T wireless products and services.
• Assist with account setup, upgrades, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and features.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless customer experience.

Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable learning new products and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
