Entry Level Banking Training Program

Role Overview: This position is part of a comprehensive training program aimed at young adults seeking to develop skills in customer experience, banking, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in in-classroom skill development and professional training
• Engage in internships and job placement support through industry partnerships
• Build product knowledge, customer-centric mindset, and communication skills
• Develop networking, resume, and interview skills with ongoing mentorship and support
• Potentially work at leading organizations such as Morgan Stanley or Bank of America in the Salt Lake City area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• No Bachelor’s degree obtained
• Availability Monday through Friday
