Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, explain available benefit options, and help them navigate the enrollment process.

No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to develop your knowledge of the health benefits industry. Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to identify their coverage needs
• Educate clients on available benefit options and plan features
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Participate in team training, meetings, and professional development
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organized and able to manage multiple client follow-ups
• Coachable and willing to learn
• No previous experience required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
