Entry Level Business Representative

Skyline Growth Group is expanding its Verizon Wireless customer engagement team and is looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Entry Level Business Representative. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a professional career in sales and customer service.

As an Entry Level Business Representative, you will represent Verizon Wireless in a professional, customer-focused environment. You’ll speak with customers, learn about their needs, explain available wireless solutions, and provide a positive experience from the first conversation through enrollment.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Business Representative

• Engage directly with customers and provide professional customer service throughout each interaction
• Support sales conversations by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant Verizon Wireless solutions
• Build strong communication skills through daily customer interactions and team coaching
• Explain wireless products, features, promotions, and service options clearly and accurately
• Assist customers with the enrollment process while maintaining a positive experience
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
