Entry Level Call Center Representative: Evening Shift

Hours:· Full-time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week)

• 4pm - 12am
• 5pm - 1am

Compensation Details:·

• Weekly pay, starting at $17.50/hr
• Pay increase to $18.00 after reaching level 5 dispatcher
• Pay increase to $18.75 after reaching level 6 dispatcher

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• background check and drug screening
• Genuine desire to help others
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone calls from customers needing assistance
• Communicate with customers
• Relay information to first responders, when necessary
