Entry Level Client Relations Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented Client Relations Associates to join our growing San Jose team! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll represent client brands through face-to-face interactions in retail settings, helping increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and support client growth. No previous experience is required—we provide hands-on training to help you succeed!

What You’ll Do

• Build positive relationships with customers through in-person interactions.
• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events.
• Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally.
• Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
