We’re seeking a Full-time Entry Level Client Representative who is hungry to prove themselves in one of California's most beautiful markets. Every interaction the Entry Level Client Representative has is a lesson in communication, resilience, and the power of a well-placed recommendation.

As an Entry Level Client Representative, talent is nice, but showing up every day is better, and your training will prove that beyond any doubt. The Entry Level Client Representative will also develop their game: approaching customers in person, presenting AT&T Fiber's high-speed internet and entertainment services, and learning to read customers faster than they read you.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Representative

• Engage our customers in person, highlighting the unmatched speed and dependability of AT&T Fiber for everyday digital activities.
• Assist our customers personally in discovering how AT&T Fiber can elevate their online experiences by offering tailored suggestions during customer interactions.
• Recognize customer needs in person and recommend appropriate AT&T Fiber solutions that enhance their internet connectivity.
• Promote exclusive AT&T Fiber deals and upgrade options to help customers benefit from faster, more reliable service.
• Establish rapport by showing genuine interest in customers’ digital routines, positioning AT&T Fiber as the ideal connectivity partner.
• Address customer inquiries about AT&T Fiber services with clarity, building confidence and trust during in-person enrollment discussions.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Client Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Passionate about customer service or telecommunications is a plus.
• Resilient and optimistic mindset suited to the demands of a customer facing role.
• Goal-driven approach focused on contributing to individual and team results.
• Comfort learning and explaining products, plans, and related service options.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
