Entry Level Client Representative

Resurgence Management is hiring an Entry Level Client Representative to support customer accounts for a home improvement client. This role focuses on working directly with customers, answering questions, and helping manage day-to-day account interactions.

• Work with customers to provide information and support on services
• Assist with account updates and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Help coordinate appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and report feedback to the team
