About the Position

As a Client Scheduling Coordinator, you will communicate with prospective clients, coordinate appointments, manage scheduling confirmations, and assist with client follow-up.

This is a client-facing, commission-based health insurance sales opportunity that combines appointment scheduling, client communication, benefits education, and enrollment assistance.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone, text, and email
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm client appointments
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding appointments and coverage inquiries
• Learn about clients' health coverage needs and priorities
• Explain available health insurance and supplemental benefit options once appropriately licensed
• Assist eligible clients through the insurance application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client and communication records

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
