Entry Level Client Service Associate

We are looking for a motivated and personable Entry Level Client Service Associate to join our growing team. As an Entry Level Client Service Associate, you will receive comprehensive training designed to help you develop strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. You will work directly with customers, learn proven sales strategies, and gain the knowledge needed to grow into a successful Sales Associate and future leader within the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs when discussing internet and service options.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and sales process while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Use technology and company systems to complete customer enrollments, sales, and transactions accurately.
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Support team goals by delivering a positive customer experience and helping drive client growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop new sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized and complete responsibilities efficiently.
• Comfortable learning and working with technology.
