Entry Level Client Services Associate (Remote)

We are looking for driven and professional individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Client Services Associate (Remote). In this role, you will help support client engagement, financial education initiatives, and relationship management efforts while working in a flexible remote environment.

The Client Services Associate serves as a key point of contact throughout the client experience, helping coordinate meetings, provide financial education, and maintain ongoing communication with individuals and families. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional skills, and contributing to a service-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients to discuss financial goals and priorities.
• Provide education on basic financial concepts and planning strategies.
• Support client communication and relationship-building efforts.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to obtain required licensing within 14 days.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
