What You Will Learn & Do

• Load and unload raw materials into computer-controlled machinery.
• Monitor machines during production to ensure high-quality parts.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to inspect finished parts.
• Read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation by following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 40 lbs].
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

No manufacturing background needed—we hire for attitude and train for skill

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
