This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy professional communication, coordinating information, supporting internal operations, and working collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and distributing internal communications and company documents
• Support communication efforts between departments to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
• Maintain organized records, files, and communication logs
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
• Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate departments
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and informational materials
• Monitor communication channels and ensure messages are properly routed and addressed

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous administrative, communications, coordination, or office experience is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
