We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and professional Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication efforts across various departments. Salary Range: $18.50 – $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing business correspondence, reports, presentations, and informational materials.
• Support communication efforts between departments to ensure efficient workflow and information sharing.
• Maintain organized records of communications, project documentation, and administrative materials.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication-related activities.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and internal team members.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
