About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our Miami, FL team and support daily communications and event operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, communicating information clearly, and helping create organized and positive experiences for clients, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, vendors, and internal team members
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, locations, procedures, and services
• Assist guests and clients with questions and routine requests
• Support event registration, check-in, and guest communication activities
• Prepare and organize internal communications, schedules, and event-related materials

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, communications, receptionist, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
