At CBI Midwest, we partner with nonprofits and leading brands to grow their supporter and customer bases through face-to-face conversations that build lasting relationships.

We're growing our team at our downtown Indianapolis office and looking for Entry Level Communications Associates who want to develop valuable skills, take on new challenges, and see the impact of their work every day.

Your Day

• Represent our partners through face-to-face conversations at locations across the Indianapolis area.
• Share each campaign's message and sign up new supporters and customers.
• Work toward clear team goals and learn how results are tracked and improved.
• Sharpen your communication skills through daily coaching led by our founders and leadership team.

The Details

• Full-time, on-site, based at our downtown Indianapolis office.
• Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
• Daily training, dedicated coaching, and peer mentorship.
