We're hiring an Entry-Level Communications Associate in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on business experience through live promotional campaigns, with the chance to build skills that support long-term career development.

You'll represent client brands at promotional events and retail locations, engaging customers face-to-face and contributing to sales and customer acquisition goals.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and other campaign locations around Charlotte.
• Introduce customers to products and services, explain benefits, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and individual and team sales goals.
• Work alongside colleagues to deliver organised campaigns and positive customer experiences.
