Good internet shouldn't be a mystery, and neither should this sales job. We’re a sales and development firm in Arizona, seeking an Entry Level Crew Member to bring AT&T internet to our customers. The Entry Level Crew Member connects with our customers in person, explains things clearly, and helps them get set up with internet service that handles their daily lives.

As an Entry Level Crew Member, you begin your sales career with onboarding that equips you to be a knowledgeable guide for AT&T, ready to answer any question a customer might ask. Once ready, our Entry Level Crew Member engages with customers in person in a relaxed, personal way, helping them find reliable, high-performing internet that keeps up.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Crew Member

• Welcome customers in person with warmth and introduce them to AT&T solutions designed for reliable everyday performance.
• Help customers in person as you thoughtfully explore AT&T options that deliver consistent speeds for daily online needs.
• Drive consistent in-person sales by carefully matching customers with the right AT&T plans that fit their lifestyle.
• Listen attentively to customer preferences and recommend AT&T solutions that genuinely improve their home connectivity.
• Enthusiastically highlight current AT&T promotions to create natural, positive sales opportunities.
• Express interest in helping customers discover AT&T while steadily advancing sales success.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
