Entry Level CSR

We're seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be helping connect residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms, which save customers up to 20% annually off energy costs without the need to install any solar system on their homes. Individuals that do well as Customer Sales Representatives have the opportunity to move up into leadership roles!

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential (and some small business) customers across Maine
• Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community solar
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts.
• Able to work full time, Mon-Friday, morning to evening

Compensation:

• Base pay while training, minimum $20/hour in the field (30+ field hours weekly)
• Weekly Personal Sales Commissions
• Expected $75,000+ 1st year; UNCAPPED commission potential
• Monthly bonuses available
