Entry Level Customer Associate

Fast internet is great; understanding which plan actually fits is even better. We’re a sales firm seeking an Entry Level Customer Associate to connect our customers with Verizon Fios. The Entry Level Customer Associate will also personally discuss fiber internet and reliable everyday connectivity, helping customers identify what fits their needs.

As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you'll be the sales expert our customers remember, the one who explained everything clearly and never pushed a thing. The Entry Level Customer Associate will also present Verizon FiOS's everyday value: a fiber network our customers can count on, uploads as fast as downloads, and plan options spelled out in plain English.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Associate

• Connect with our residents in person to share the benefits of 100% fiber-optic network reliability and ultra-fast symmetrical speeds for everyday use.
• Talk with our customers in person about transparent plan options and real local customer support that supports clear decisions.
• Help customers see the everyday value of consistent fiber performance while building genuine interest that leads to strong sales.
• Strengthen relationships during in-person sales conversations by focusing on helpful sales guidance that supports confident and comfortable enrollment choices.
• Turn everyday talks into successful sales by recommending ultra-fast fiber options that fit real household needs.
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Customer Associates to reach more customers and convert discussions into completed sales with reliable results.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Ability to present Verizon options clearly so customers understand the everyday benefits.
• Careful listening that identifies needs and matches them with suitable solutions.
• Collaborative attitude that works well with teammates to achieve shared sales goals.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
