Entry Level Customer Representative

We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team. This hands-on, customer-facing role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and building valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and account management. This position consists in working hands-on with our clients providing top notch customer service. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, providing comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders. In addition to working with customers, you'll collaborate closely with teammates and leadership while developing the communication, problem-solving, and professional skills needed for long-term career growth.

Qualifications and Requirements as an Entry Level Customer Representative:

• Previous client consultation experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to work with teammates and superiors in a professional environment when it comes to consulting, debates, and tough conversations.
• Organizational skills in work space and outside of workspace.
• Positive mindset to contribute and the ability to maintain a positive outlook during high demand situations.
• Presentable demeanor when consulting with clients of all age ranges.
• Time management skills to provide when working with people including a sense of urgency at times.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,600.00 per week
