Entry Level Customer Representative

Roseville Management is hiring a full-time Entry Level Customer Representative to support our growing Quantum Fiber campaign. This is an entry-level, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce high-speed fiber internet solutions, answer questions, and help customers find services that fit their connectivity needs.

As an Entry Level Customer Representative , you'll focus on building strong customer relationships while supporting the enrollment process from start to finish. You'll educate customers on Quantum Fiber internet services, explain available plans and promotions, assist with account setup, and provide a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative

• Meet directly with residential customers to introduce Quantum Fiber internet services and connectivity solutions
• Explain available fiber internet plans, pricing, promotions, speeds, and service features
• Help customers understand their options and select solutions based on their household needs
• Assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
• Answer customer questions and provide professional customer support throughout the enrollment process
• Build lasting customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and excellent service
• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and daily activity
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support customer acquisition, account growth, and team goals
• Stay updated on Quantum Fiber products, promotions, and service offerings through ongoing training

This is a customer-facing Entry Level Customer Representative position where you'll spend your day working directly with customers, introducing Quantum Fiber internet services, answering questions, assisting with account enrollments, and helping customers choose connectivity solutions that fit their needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication, professionalism, relationship-building, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
