What You'll Do as an Entry Level Customer Representative:

• Engage directly with customers to deliver a positive, professional experience from first interaction through sale
• Support teammates in the field by providing real-time coaching and guidance during customer sales interactions
• Help identify customer needs and ensure the right solutions are being presented clearly and confidently
• Monitor team interactions with customers and provide feedback that strengthens both service quality and sales performance
• Step in to assist with escalated customer concerns and help bring them to a positive resolution
• Help foster a team culture where every customer interaction reflects the company's standards of professionalism and care

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to lead and a genuinely positive attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Experience in a sales environment and customer service or customer-focused roles is highly desired
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and adapting when things shift
• Open to feedback and motivated to keep growing

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
