Entry Level Customer Representative

Spokane Management Group is actively hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to support a growing telecommunications campaign focused on AT&T services throughout the Spokane area. Entry Level Customer Representatives shape interactions with customers and maintain good relationships with other representatives. We are looking for productive individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and developing experience in sales, customer support, and account management on a larger scale.

As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will meet directly with customers to explain AT&T internet service options, assist with account setup, answer questions, and help support overall customer satisfaction. The Entry Level Customer Representative plays a key role in daily customer interactions, sales performance, and account growth while representing one of the fastest-growing fiber internet providers in the industry.

Entry Level Customer Representative Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to present Quantum Fiber internet and connectivity service options
• Build strong customer relationships through professional customer service and account support
• Assist with new account setup, upgrades, and service recommendations based on customer needs
• Interact as an Entry Level Customer Representative by answering customer questions regarding plans, pricing, promotions, and account features
• Maintain accurate customer information and account updates throughout the sales process
• Support daily and weekly sales goals through consistent customer engagement as an Entry Level Customer Representative
• Work closely with leadership and team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall sales performance

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
