Entry Level Customer Representative

Del Sol Consulting is hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to support AT&T Fiber customers through professional, in-person interactions. This full-time opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building strong customer relationships. No previous experience is required, as hands-on training and coaching are provided.

As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you’ll provide customer service, answer questions, explain AT&T Fiber products and services, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs. You’ll develop practical customer service and sales skills while learning how to communicate effectively, deliver quality service, and create a positive customer experience in a professional team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service during in-person interactions.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and service preferences.
• Answer customer questions about AT&T Fiber products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Explain available service options clearly and accurately.
• Assist customers with the enrollment process and provide consistent service throughout the experience.
• Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and reliable service.
