Entry Level Customer Representative Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into conversations about home connectivity and learn what they are looking for in an internet service.
• Explain AT&T Fiber features and service options in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Help customers compare internet solutions based on their questions, preferences, and connectivity needs.
• Assist with enrollment steps by sharing relevant information and helping customers understand the process.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and direct service-related questions to the appropriate resources when needed.
• Maintain accurate enrollment information and collaborate with teammates to keep daily activities organized.

Entry Level Customer Representative Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and a willingness to communicate with people from different backgrounds.
• Ability to listen carefully, understand questions, and explain information clearly.
• Dependable work habits, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn new procedures.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing roles is beneficial but not necessary.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
