Entry Level Customer Representative

We are currently hiring a Entry Level Customer Representative for a full-time, in-person role focused on customer interaction, account support, and sales.

We are looking for a customer service representative who will carry these values well in their role. This role is for someone who does not shy away from innovation and has the ability to think outside the box when it comes to marketing and sales. In addition to that this is a role for someone who is comfortable interacting with customers face to face.

Responsibilities for an Entry Level Customer Representative

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Responsible for driving sales and meeting daily targets
• Identify sales opportunities to expand accounts and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

What we are looking for in our Entry Level Customer Representatives

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
• must have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to marketing and sales
• Basic knowledge in Marketing and Sales is a nice-to-have for this role
• must be familiar with CRM tools
